Calypso Restaurant - (Restaurants in Tsilivi)

Not really GREEK if that is what you are after, service quick perhaps too quick. You get the feeling they are after turning round customers which is not the Greek way.

Faulty Towers - (Restaurants in Tsilivi)

Steve F  (28 May 2001)

I only dropped in for a drink whilst on Grand-Dauther sleep walking duties, very friendly couple but as the other comments indicate the place if you are looking for Britain abroad.

We eat here twice (15 of us the first time 21 the second, big family) Both times the food was excellent and the service very good.

The Cats Whiskers - (Restaurants in Tsilivi)

Steve F  (28 May 2001)

Gave food excellent as what we had was so but you might find choice limited if you are looking for Greek but no problem if looking for other dishes.

Koukos - (Restaurants in Tsilivi)

Steve F

I think other comment must be for somewhere else. This was one of the few places in TSILIVI you will be happy if you are looking for Greek. Their TUESDAY night GREEK NIGHT was excellent, dancing and live GREEK music from 7.30 to past 12.00. The meal for two, many starters and main courses with wine 3000 drx a person. THE WHOLE FAMILY (15) voted this the best. Best get there early as fills up.

Paradise Bar - (Bars in Tsilivi)

Steve F

We (Family 15) enjoyed our sessions here, YANNIS specials worth a go, pity they burned the PIG on Bar-B-Q night but they did manage to put it out with hosepipe. Stavros LISA is missing you.

Dionysos Taverna - (Restaurants in Tsilivi)

Steve F

Another of the few GREEK places in TSILIVI, on the road in opposite Sandra's Bar. The food was great, the price also, one of the few places where a Bottle of beer is only 500 drx. We had a Family of 15 and there was NO PROBLEM They even gave fresh eggs for my Grand daughter when we popped in for a lunch time drink.

May - (Best Time to Visit)

Steve F

I have put we liked it as with a Family Trip of 21 of us we would be happy anywhere. But I feel a word of warning for anyone looking for the old TSILIVI or quite Greece THIS IS THE NEXT LAGANAS in the making. When you walk the street at night TO LOUD ENGLISH MUSIC/KARAOKE BOOMIMG out of the BARS I think it would be hard to disagree. I am sorry TSILIVI you will not be on my return list as STOUPA or GEORGEOPOLIS (Crete) are. IF you want what TSILIVI is becoming fair enough.

Greek Night - (Zante Excursions)

Steve F

If staying in Tsilivi why waste time on a greek night which requires a 45 min Coach trip each way and cost 6/7/8000 drx per person. Just get yourself a table booked at KOUKOS just past Popeyes on road to bakery. You can eat and drink all night for about 4500 drx per person and the Dancing was wonderful. They only do it on Tuesday Nights so make sure you book, it was full by 20:30.
