If you enjoy the Greek experience then this is NOT the place for you. We visited Argassi 13 years ago and had a fantastic holiday. We returned in 2000 and it was like Blackpool in the sun. English pubs , lager louts , neon lights noisy bars, people queuing for Sunday roast and Chinese. For God sake this is your two weeks of the year in Greece , GO GREEK (not in Argassi) . Get over to Kefalonia and see what a real Greek experience is.

Nice restaurant , next to the hotel we stayed in(The Contessa)Varied menu and typical Greek hospitality. Well worth a visit , especially as it has to compete with the commercialism in the rest of Argassi!
