The flight out with Excel was good, however the return flight with Transjet was pathetic. Libra changed our departure time the day before we were due to leave by five hours. we suffered a further delay of over an hour at the airport. A lot of cost cutting measures have been implemented, at the expense of quality. Now only one rep serving the whole of Tsilivi. Can do better.

well to be honest going home was a total knightmar, delayed for over 12 hours, fortunatly managed to get on the Gatwick flight home. Saw a few of the Libra reps at the airport they were helpful with the checking in procedure to get on the Gatwick flight asap! Last year we had a rep called Katy, she was very friendly, and was willing to help whatever the probelm, and seemed to be more experienced on the transfers, but all in all Libra is one of the best Tour companies we have travelled with - keep up the good work

can't fault Libra really, Our rep was called Alex and she was smashing.Would go with them again.One more thing about them they do organise you well at that hell hole of an airport.That place wants condemming.

2 hour delay going out from Gatwick due to 50 baggage handlers not turning up to work because of the England v Germany game the night before. Waited an hour and a half to get our cases at Zante airport - which is probably the world's smallest. Probably not Libra's fault though, to be fair! Unfortunately, we bagged the awfully sweet, nervous laugh, dippy, camp Jamie as our resort rep and some Welsh bird as our transfer rep. Can't say they were the most experienced, professional or enthusiastic individuals. In fact you got the feeling they really didn't give too much of a damn. At the end of the day we all know why they're there, but no need to rub it in our faces. At Divina there were a lot of complaints about Jamie going around, and I have to say that when he came to tell us, 12 hours before we were due to go on it that we "hadn't got on the boat trip - it's full" despite booking it and paying for it 5 days previously, he wasn't apologetic and didn't have a satisfactory answer when I asked him why. He didn't even understand how they booked the trips up - or if he did he wouldn't tell me. (As an aside if you want to go on the round the island boat trip with stops at Smugglers Cove - don't book it through the reps at £20 per person - go to the local shops and go on the Mantalena boat - the only one that goes actually into the caves (in Laganas about 100 yards up from the beach on the right hand side) and get a better trip for £10 per person.) The accommodation was good for us, but some on the ground floor in Divina asked to be moved. Luck of the draw I think, which is what you risk with the smaller tour operators. Overall, not a bad experience, but certainly not the best. Average holiday for an average price.

Katy - we love ya! Libra service very good, very organised on airport duties, JMC flights left on time and arrived early both directions. We had studio at Sandy maria - very good, would have had room for 2 put-up beds. See more info on Sandy Maria page.

We'd never travelled with Libra before, and wouldn't hesitate to go with them again. Angela the rep was great. I think the only thing that wasn't too clever were their excursions.

Liz - we think you will like it - we went to Sandy Maria apartments with Libra in June and had a lovely week - first time with Libra and would definitely go with them again. Also first time flying with Excel - on time both ways, but that's probably luck of the draw! Our rep, Katy, was excellent, not that we needed her for anything but you could tell that she would be really helpful if you did. Enjoy!

What r the appartments calliniga tsilivi like? we hav booked last minute urgent! mum is useless at booking holidays! HOW DO WE SUE IF WE DO NOT LIKE IT THERE? I KNOW IT'S CHEAP BUT U CAN'T BLAME ME!

Our first holiday with Libra - went to Sandy Maria apartments in Tsilivi - free child place - had a lovely one-bedroomed apartment with sofa beds in the spacious living room/kitchen area - large balcony with doors opening off both livng room and bedroom - Katy, our rep. was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Airport is a potential nightimare for return flights but Libra reps. made check-in really smooth.

We stayed at the Daniel Hotel in Kalamaki. We were impressed with Excel airways - there was even a choice of meals on the way back. The reps seemed to be very well organised (Zante airport is tiny and although we had to wait for a long time, they were very efficient). Our rep came everyday and was approachable. We would definitely go again with Libra.

went to Sandy Maria apartments in Tsivili on 13th May. The service was one of the best I have ever had, the rep Katy was brilliant. Katy was bubbly, friendly and willing to help even off duty. I've never seen groups of families cry at an airport to wave their rep goodbye on the trip home.

Although they may use smaller apartments they are individual and pleasant and their flight company Excel airways were brilliant i.e took off on time although a slight delay returning the time was made up .I will definately use and recommend them again .After travelling with Airtours on several occasions and receiving poor service and always a delay(15 hours last year)i know who i prefer.

Tel B - Hi, me again. Libra (Priceright) are at the budget end of the tour company market. However, quality of accommodation varies widely in all tour company brochures and the rep service depends very much on the quality of the individual doing the job. Expect a daily visit from your rep and all the usual stuff that goes with them (books / boards etc.)
