hi stayed in zante last year great holiday, waves bar great,, enjoyed our long nights in there with denny made us feel welcome right from the start,,still got my t shirt wear it with fond memories,,had a few hang overs with the drink soon got over them layed on the beach with the sun on you,,trying to find out what they called the hotel next to waves bar,, hoping to book in there for next year if any one can help,,cheers to all in argassi from robin hood and jackie onasis (thats what denny nick named us),, can you remeber us after all the booooze.,, hope you can help denny,, love and best wishes to you all jackie and robbie middlesbrough england.. xxx

waves snack bar is the best place to be in argassi. the service and food cannot be beaten, denny, yillias and lynn make you very welcome and if you feel energetic dimitris, lynns little boy, will entertain you with the bat and ball all day long. a truly fantastic place right on the beach

the best place to visit, you can sit by the beach say or night relaxing here, very chilled out and staff are always chatty and welcoming.

Best place to spend the day sunbathing, whilst being able to eat and drink when you want. Food was lovely ....... never seen prawns like it! Friendly staff who are always welcoming. See you next year.

Just returned from another week in Argassi where yet again we spent all week being looked after by Denny, Lynn, Georgie Porgie and good old Johnny (Mr How much, too much). It was so great to go back and be spoilt with great food, the best English breakfast on the Island, good old PG Tips cuppa tea in the morning. Superb setting right on the beach. Have never been to such a great place and been so well looked after, Denny is a truly fantastic cook and we will definitley be going back again.

Me and my friend have just come back from a wonderfull week at Zakynthos/Argassi, mutch because of the staf at the Waves witch is a restaurant just by the sea with a wonderfull wiev and a outstanding service that´s rare to find Giorgo & Yillays  . We cant say enough to describe how wonderfull they are, with one word just WOOOOW. If you are going to Argassi you must visit them and enjoy the best restaurant ever  , we have never experience something like this before, it´s amazing. We are going back next year that´s sure. Miss you so mutch Denny, Giorgo, Yillays and the outher at this place.

meal menu Denny best on the island never made us sick,gave lots and lots of decent food you only get at home large portions u cant finish and if u do u fall asleep it is the cleaniest place i have eaten .This man puts all his time and effort to give the best sevice on the island and he doesn,t change,A PROFESSIONAL.AND HIS STAFF ARE ALL THE SAME IF YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE GOODFOOD WITHOUT BEING EXPLOITED GO TO WAVES ,YOU WONT BE DISAPOINTED,NOT ONLY THAT THEY HAVE THE BEST DRINK ON THE ISLAND,BELIEVE ME THEY ARE THE BEST YOU CAN GET, THEY LOVE PEOPLE, INTRESTED THAT YOU ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAY, MIND EVERYONE ,AND THEY LOVE CHILDREN AND THEY ARE GREAT AT SPEAKING THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE,THEY ARE GREAT FUN, AND GOD DO THEY WORK HARD , I KNOW I HAVE SEEN THEM ,AND MY FAMILY LOVE THEM FOR THAT THEY ARE SPECIAL SPECIAL PEOPLE WHO ARE SO RARE TO MEET.

just got back from our wonderful holiday in argassi and just had to say how brillant this place was! We found waves by accident we went to a really horrrible resturant and decided to take a walk we then came across the best snack bar eva!!!!! This place is brilliant to chill have a drink or grab a bite to eat!! the view is lovley at nite and i 100% reccommend that you vist. The staff were brill and the food was good!!! Maria & Liam

Great snacks, great service and very friendly staff. We spent lazy afternoons here overlooking the sea served hand and foot with wines and beers. Looking forward to being back this year.

anyone with a spare saturday night in Argassi this summer must go to the greek night at Waves snack bar it was the best night of our holiday, the bbq food was lovely free wine all night which was kept very generously topped up by denni and his staff. the greek dancers were really good fun and got everybody joining in. be careful what underwear you wear if your picked to dance with them as they have an amazing talent for throwing you in the air and spinning you around what seems like forever especially when you have been drinking all night, really good value for money and everybody enjoyed the night.

me and donna lived in this place, we was always there about 3 times everyday!!

We went to the Greek night on Saturday.  The night was one of the best we have ever had in Greece for entertainment and value for money - we would highly recommend.

waves is one of the best snack places to eat at in argassi. deni and the gang always manage to recongise people even after years. we have been coming 4 a while now and they have always reconigsed us and the last time we went we ate their every dinner. by the end of the week i didnt need a menu he knew exactly what food and drink i wanted. the food is gorgeous especially the pita bread with chilli

after another long season deni maggie lynn all the gang werestill smiling and waiting for there holidays hope everybody enjoys theres as we have been to see these great folks for 4 weeks this year every day was different and drinking oozo with deni is not recommended if you have to see friends at night love you all andy&norma

Excellent, as always.  Service here is second to none, and Deni has an amazing ability to recognise everyone who has ever visited here before, no matter how long ago it was, not to mention making you feel 110% welcome, as do Maggie and Lynn! Worth a visit, even if it's just to relax with an ice cold Mythos!

Great place. I just got back from a 2 week holiday and were at waves everyday. My baby cousin joe loved the staff there. He used to ask me to go and see the lady and the man when we were on the beach. Missing you aready Nicola xx

We think this is one of the very best places in Agassi - the food is great - the staff wonderful.  Everyone is made to feel 100% welcome.  Good luck to you all this year - keep the singing up Deni.

Excellent breakfast's one of the best we've ever had on the island,great location on beachfront,watching the sea lap up over the shore,absolute heaven,just unfortunate we had to come home.Good luck to everyone hope to see you again.

The food is great and fresh, If you will wisit Waves (like you have too) you cant miss the BBQ at saturday nights. It was the best night in my life. you colud eat as much as you wanted, free wine, greek dancers etc. Denis, Lynn, Yannis and everyone else.... thank you so much for everything -You are the best! =) Take care, see you next year

Hi to Lynn, Denni and all at Waves. Once we took shelter in Waves from a tropical storm we returned every day to enjoy the view of the bay, (and better weather) the hospitality and great food. Hope you have now accessed this site Lynn. We can't recommend Waves high enough for a very pleasant day by the beach. Hope to see you all again.

We lazed our days away here at Waves, the place is a pleasure to be in. The food is excellent as well as the service. Such a relaxing view. Deni and the team are fab and the Greek night BBQ was excellent and such good value for money, as much wine as you can drink what could be better. Hope to see you all next year.

This is one of the best places in Argassi - recommend it highly , great food, fabulous friendly service, best chill out place. Spent many days and nights hanging out here.
Will do my best to keep you all posted - when the baby arrives, and hopefully will get to return to see you all someday. Lynn, Yannis, Deni, thanks for everything, Jony hope to hear from you.

Great location on the beach,could'nt wish for a better view,overlooking the sea and Zante Town.
Try the special omelette,it's great value.Also,good barbeque nights at a good price.
