hi dennis dont know if you remember us don and carl who know you well brought us in. we had a great night and it was like we had known you for years. the sambuca and cocktails was flowing all night and the music was good as well. we came every evening for the two weeks we were there. we havent been able to come to alyaknas for a few years and have missed it loads hope to come 2011. hope you and your family are well, look forward to seeing you all again. sue and allen moxey. yammas |

This has become our favourite place to be in the evening on the whole of the island. No words can express how much we love this place. Maybe it's because I'm becoming an old duffer but I could quite happily live here.
Dennis, if you read this I haven't forgotten about your phone ;-)

This is one of those places we honestly found on the last evening and wished we'd found on the first. Popped into here for a nightcap or two and ended up staying a damn sight longer. Fantastic service, genuinely friendly staff who love turning up the music a bit when the woman from the little pastry shop in front has a moan LOL.
If you're staying in Alykanas or even just visiting for an evening you'll discover how wonderful it is just to sit on the top of the terrace overlooking the street, watch the world ride and stroll by and just plain relax in the atmosphere. Helps that we loved the music there too. Just get your ass in there, you'll love it.

Our regular stop off before dinner. Nice atmosphere, we sat inside but there is a large balcony area (first floor level) where you can look out onto the main street below. A good place to watch the world go by whilst sipping a few cold beers or cocktails. Decent music played here too. They have an off licence below, which we were told was as good if not better value than the supermarkets! |

Hello everyone its Shona! Missing everyone so much, cant wait to come back next year. I will send you the pictures as soon as i can. You have the bar in the whole of Zante. Dennis you made me feel so welcome and you still own my hand from that game of pool so hopefully next year i can win it back. Wow! Great bar - good location, just set back a bit from the main road, but close enough to people watch. The best selection of cocktails that I have ever seen, all expertly made ( well we only tasted about 12) and definitely value for money. Refreshing but lethal after a few. Passion, Bodyheat and Mai Tai were superb. Dimitri and Natasha were excellent, friendly hosts only too happy to help. Cute too! Definitely going to return there when we visit again! |

My wife and i have been Alykanas for the last two years and have used the Catacombes as base for finishing the night off,with good company,music and drink.Dennis & Sakis and Natasha have always made us feel welcome.Unfortunately we are staying in Argassi this year but we will try and get up to see them if we can.Coming over on 17th.september 2004,looking forward to getting into the greek way of life.

| This bar has a good location high up on a terrace.Went here a few times during the happy hours and had various cocktails which we found OK. |
